Nigeria's challenges are increasingly complex, dynamic, and interconnected, requiring different ways of designing and implementing solutions. Globally, governments are increasingly using innovative policy tools to make better policy choices. Behavioral insights can contribute to achieving several strategic objectives as it brings a mindset focused on how people behave rather than how it may be assumed that they will behave.
