With support from the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), in collaboration with Oxford Committee for Famine Relief (OXFAM), has been carrying out collaborative research on "Impact of COVID 19 Pandemic on Livelihoods in Africa". The research is undertaken in Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Zambia.
As part of this research project, the AERC, in conjunction with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), will be hosting an in-country dissemination workshop of the research findings. The workshop will cascade the research findings in the Nigerian space targeting policymakers and key stakeholders that can drive policy implementation in Nigeria and share feedback on the study for AERC to relay back to their stakeholder partners.
