DEJI JEMIYO is a Digital Transformation and Agile Business leader with over 24 years of progressive experience, focused on portfolio, program, change and product management. Deji served as the immediate past president of Project Management Institute (PMI) Nigeria Chapter, the global leading project management professional association. He is one of the co-founders and Partners of Agile Digital College, a Capacity Building Company, operating through its integrated subsidiary units (Academy, Consulting and Software). He leads a team of consultants and trainers and has trained over 50,000 professionals, set up over 150 Project/transformation Offices in organizations and supported the project/product delivery in government institutions and the private sector. Earlier in Deji’s career, he worked as a Project Engineer with the project department of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) working on several Joint-Venture Projects with other International Oil Companies (IOCs), acting as lead Project Engineer in JV Projects. Deji also worked at Lagos Business School (LBS) and Access Bank Plc (Nigeria). 

 

Deji is a master's scholar in Digital Transformation from the University of Hull and holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, attended Executive Education, Judges Business School, University of Cambridge, UK and has several professional certifications – including but not limited to SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Digital Leader, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Prince2 Practitioner, Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
