Dipo is a highly self-driven HR professional with over 19 years of experience in strategic and general HR practices. His mantra is to deeply understand the "why" and craft efficient and innovative ways of delivering value. He is a strategic and disruptive thinker and is passionate about delivering quality results.

He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sterling Bank, where he is responsible for designing and driving a full spectrum of People & Culture strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Before assuming the CHRO role, he has led different functions within the HR value chain, such as: Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Change Management and other strategic HR-led projects. Dipo has been part of the team pivotal to Sterling's recognition as a Great Place to Work and recently Best Bank in Workplace Excellence (West Africa).

His experience in HR cuts across other industries such as Real Estate and Telecommunications; functioning in different capacities and was actively involved in the transformational journey of their people & culture practices. Dipo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Masters in Managerial Psychology.

He is a Chartered Associate of CIPM, including certifications in GPHR and INSEAD. Fellow of CIPD (UK), an Dipo is passionate about unlocking human potentials, especially the Boy Child; He is a transformational leader, loves music and Manchester United.
