Media Invite for NESG 2025 Macroeconomic Outlook Launch

On behalf of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) Board and Management, we are honoured to invite you to the launch of our 2025 Macroeconomic Outlook Report, titled "Stabilisation in Transition: Rethinking Reform Strategies for 2025 and Beyond."

In mid-2023, Nigeria embarked on a significant reform agenda to address longstanding structural challenges and unlock sustainable economic growth. While initial progress was made, the nation now faces a critical juncture. In 2025, achieving economic stabilisation will be a key priority for the government. This renewed focus is driven by public concerns about short-term economic performance and the urgent need to restore and sustain growth momentum.

This year's report comes at a crucial time for Nigeria, underscoring the urgent need for a strategic recalibration of its reform agenda. To overcome emerging challenges and fully harness the potential of existing reforms, a deliberate revaluation of current strategies is essential to address immediate needs and mitigate unintended consequences arising from recent reforms.
