Adetola Adeyemi

Tola Adeyemi is currently the Senior Partner of KPMG Nigeria and CEO of KPMG West Africa. He has over 36 years of professional experience advising local and international clients across various industries and sectors of our economy. Tola holds a first-class honours degree in Accounting from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now OAU). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

He is an alumnus of various management and leadership programmes at institutions such as the Lagos Business School, Harvard Business School, Wharton and INSEAD. Tola has strong leadership and business development skills and is recognised for his collaborative and transparent leadership style with emphasis on results. He serves on various boards including KPMG Africa, Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), American Business Council and LEAP Africa.

Tola believes in stewardship, accountability and leading from the front. As a regular speaker, he shares insights on the economy, strategy, culture, leadership, governance, risk management and operational excellence.
