Currently, Dean, Institute of New Structural Economics and Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development; Professor and Honorary Dean, National School of Development, Peking University. Councillor of the State Council; Member of the Standing Committee, Chinese People’s Political Consultation Conference. Corresponding Fellow of the British Academy; Fellow of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World.
